Hamstring stretches, high knees, butt kicks, cross arm stretches, triceps stretches, quad stretch.

The THANG:

Forties (with light weights): 30/10, 25/15, 20/20, 15/25, 10/30 for each of the following:

  • Squats/Bicep curls
  • crunches/Supermans (no weights)
  • boy bands (no weights)/arm raises
  • lunges/triceps
  • standing crunches/hip dips
