2 walking lunges
3 walking side-squats
4 diagonal lunges

2 one-minute wall-sits

Abs:
1 minute of each; 10 sec rest between exercises

Plank
High donkey kicks
Russian twists
Bicycle crunches
Glute bridges
Ankle biters(Rinse & repeat all abs)
