Warmup In cadence: imperial walkers, cherry pickers.  Jog up stairs and around amphitheater and back down.

–  3 circuits (lower body, upper body, abs)
– 2 rounds of each circuit- each exercise performed for 1 minute, with 15 seconds of rest between
– Jog/ walk lap between each circuit
