Thang – AMRAP- As Many Reps As Possible (See photo below)
- 4 cycles- each cycle 7 minutes
- 1 min rest between cycles
- ***We heard a train headed our way at the end of the warmup- so the first cycle was predominately a 4-5 minute burpee train!***
Abdominal Ender:
- 1 min plank
- 1 min boat pose
- 1 min bicycle crunches
- 1 min leg raises
